Audi Ski Challenge - Squaw ValleyFor information on the other Audi Ski Challenge events, click the following links: Audi Ski Challenge at Vail The Audi Ski Challenge is a ski racing competition that brings together local ski racing fans in support of Audi and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association. Each event is held at a domestic U.S. Ski Team event and is open to the public. The top two winners from each stop will win an exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime trip to race with the U.S. Ski Team at the U.S. Alpine Championships. RulesThe Audi Ski Challenge is a dual giant slalom race with each competitor racing both the red and blue course. Racers without a bib will not be allowed to race. The two winners (one male and one female) will be determined from the best time of his/her best run. The fastest two times will win the grand prize. The winners must be present at the awards to receive details of their prize. The race is free and open to the public. Lift tickets not included. PrizesAudi and the U.S. Ski Team will award the following prizes to the top two winners from Vail, Aspen, Beaver Creek, and Squaw Valley:
Each winner will be allowed to bring one guest to the U.S. Alpine Championships. For official rules, click here. Online registration open until Tuesday, March 19, 2013. On-site registration will be on Wednesday, March 20, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, March 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Tram Promenade Please NoteCheck schedule at registration daily for updates and possible changes. Bibs and helmets are required on all race days. Please note that the majority of these events are held early season. All events are subject to changes because of lack of snow.
