Wildcat Ski Team -- Program Coordinator/Head Coach
Gould Academy, In Bethel, Maine is seeking a Head Snowboard coach for the 2014-15 School year. The Full-time position will begin on July 1st and includes housing and benefits.
The Jay Peak Ski Club (JPSC) is looking for a Head Coach & Program Director for the 2014-2015 season and beyond. This person will direct and manage JPSC’s training activities for our roughly fifty Wishful (U7) through U16 athletes. The responsibilities include mentoring & training new coaches, being JPSC’s main liaison with USSA, setting the training plan & agenda for the season, assisting in hiring of new coaches and being the lead coach for one of our age groups.

Our alumni and athletes have represented us at States, Can-Am, Junior Olympics and Sochi Olympics. We have a brand new club house as of this season. We’re in a growth mode as over the past several seasons, Jay Peak resort has been pouring millions of dollars into new infrastructure, lodging, etc. For the 2013-2014 season alone, $44 million dollars was invested. Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club
The Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club (“SSWSC”) is seeking applicants for the position of Freestyle Program Director. This is a full-time, year round position eligible for benefits with the SSWSC. The SSWSC, located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, trains almost 1,000 athletes and is one of the largest and oldest winter sports clubs in North America, with 100 years of history.
The applicant should also be capable of managing the SSWSC Airbag and Water Ramp facilities and programming. The applicant must be capable of building upon and enhancing the SSWSC Freestyle programs, including its programming, technical progressions, professional coaching, positive and effective parent communication, and event planning and execution. This person must be willing to work with parents and communicate effectively with all stakeholders relating to an athlete’s tenure at the SSWSC. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

The Squaw Valley Ski Team is seeking an Athletic Director to oversee our U System athletes and coaches for the Squaw Valley Ski Team. Located in Olympic Valley, California, the Squaw Valley Ski Team is host to over 250 USSA Athletes with another five hundred 4 to 9 year olds, poised in the pipeline.
The Athletic Director reports directly to the Teams Program Director and will work closely with the Team’s Administrative Manager, Team’s Travel Manager and all additional segments managers and supervisors. In addition, the Athletic Director will work with team coaches, athletic trainers, and parents to fulfill the short and long term goals of our Team.
The Athletic Director will be responsible for executing the team’s Athletic Philosophy and mission across all age levels and disciplines; leading, managing, and supervising the athletic staff; overseeing planning and implementation for safety in all athletic activities; managing training facilities and planning for future training and/or competition venues.
Education, Skills and Qualifications:
· Management/supervision experience required
· International racing and/or coaching experience preferred

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a Competition Events Manager for its highly regarded racing program. This individual will oversee daily operation of the Race Department and Race Crew. The manager has the end-to-end responsibility for all on-hill competitions and race events, including but not limited to bidding for FIS and Far West Races, ensuring the flawless execution of all race events including; pre-race registration and organization, execution day of, and post-race related tasks. The manager will hire, train, motivate and discipline staff. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of Competition Events Management and a solid ski race background.
